This is the Constantine Skirt, part of the Constantine Set (the matching top pattern is not included in this pattern). This skirt is meant to fit snug around the waist but flowy every else. The skirt length is customizable with row count & measurements for each desired length. The corset front can be customized to add more or less coverage to the front based on preference.
